۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
