۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
