▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
