Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah; unto Him belongeth Sovereignty and unto Him belongeth praise, and He is Able to do all things. 1 He it is Who has created you: and among you are those that deny the Truth and among you are those that believe in it. Allah observes all that you do. 2 He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination. 3 He knows what is in the heavens and on earth; and He knows what ye conceal and what ye reveal: yea, Allah knows well the (secrets) of (all) hearts. 4 Have you not heard about those who denied the truth before you and tasted the evil consequences of their conduct? They will have a painful punishment. 5 This was because their messengers came to them with clear proof (to support their prophethood) and they said, "Can mere mortals provide us with guidance?" They rejected the Messengers and turned away. God does not need the worship of anyone. He is Self-sufficient and Praiseworthy. 6 The Unbelievers think that they will not be raised up (for Judgment). Say: "Yea, By my Lord, Ye shall surely be raised up: then shall ye be told (the truth) of all that ye did. And that is easy for Allah." 7 So believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Qur'an which We have sent down. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do. 8 The Day on which He will gather you for the Day of Gathering; that is the Day of Loss and Gain. He who believes in Allah and does good deeds, Allah will acquit him of his evil deeds and admit him to Gardens underneath which rivers flow, where he shall live for ever. That is the mighty triumph. 9 And those who disbelieved and cried lies to Our signs, those shall be the inhabitants of the Fire. therein to dwell forever -- an evil homecoming! 10
