Verily, for the Righteous, are Gardens of Delight, in the Presence of their Lord. 34 What! shall We then make (that is, treat) those who submit as the guilty? 35 What is amiss with you? On what do you base your judgment [of right and wrong]? 36 Is there with you a Book wherein ye study: 37 That you shall have all that you choose? 38 Do you have a covenant with Us which allows you to do whatever you want until the Day of Judgment? 39 Ask them, which of them will stand surety for that! 40 Or have they some "Partners" (in Allahhead)? Then let them produce their "partners", if they are truthful! 41 On the day when the terrible torment approaches, they will be told (in a mocking way) to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do it. 42 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not). 43 Leave those who reject the Quran to Me and I shall lead them step by step to destruction, without their being aware of it. 44 And I will give them respite; indeed My plan is very solid. 45 Do you ask for any compensation from them that they are burdened with want? 46 Or do they have knowledge of the unknown which they copy down? 47 So wait with patience for the Decision of your Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish, when he cried out (to Us) while he was in deep sorrow. (See the Quran, Verse 21:87). 48 Had not grace from his Lord reached him, he had surely been cast into the wilderness in a plight. 49 Then his Lord chose him, and He made him of the good. 50 When the unbelievers hear this Exhortation, they look at you as though they would knock you off your feet with their (hostile) glances. They say: “Surely he is afflicted with madness”; 51 While it is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 52
