So, I call to witness what you see 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
