Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I do not need to swear by what you see 38 and all that you do not see, 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
