Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 Had he invented sayings against Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
