whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 Those who believed in Our communications and were submissive: 69 Enter paradise, you and your spouses, with happiness blest!" 70 To them will be passed large platters and cups of gold. There will be all that souls desire and all that eyes delight in. (And it will be said:) 'There you shall live for ever. 71 for such will be the paradise which you shall have inherited by virtue of your past deeds: 72 For you therein is much fruit from which you will eat. 73 Surely the guilty shall abide in the chastisement of hell. 74 It shall not be abated from off them, and they will be therein despondent. 75 Nowise shall We be unjust to them: but it is they who have been unjust themselves. 76 And they shall call, 'O Malik, let your lord execute us!' He shall say, 'you are staying!' 77 We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you, to the truth, were averse. 78 Or have they contrived some matter? We too are contriving. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording. 80 Say: “If the Merciful One had a son, I would have been the first one to worship him.” 81 Glory be to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above that they describe.' 82 So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised. 83 And it is He who in heaven is God and in earth is God; He is the All-wise, the All-knowing. 84 Blessed is He to whom belongs the heavens, the earth and all that is between them and who has the knowledge of the Hour of Doom. To Him you will all return. 85 And those whom they call upon besides Him have no authority for intercession, but he who bears witness of the truth and they know (him). 86 And if you ask them as to Who created them, they will surely answer “Allah” – so where are they reverting? 87 [But God has full knowledge of the true believer] and of his [despairing] cry: "O my Sustainer! Verily, these are people who will not believe!" 88 Therefore excuse them and proclaim, “Peace”; for they will soon come to know. 89
