Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Had he invented sayings against Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
