Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children have added to him nothing but loss. 21 "And they have plotted a mighty plot. 22 "And they have said (to each other), 'Abandon not your gods: Abandon neither Wadd nor Suwa', neither Yaguth nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr';- 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 And because of their misdeeds they were drowned, and then they were made to enter a Fire. Then they found not for themselves, beside Allah, any helpers. 25 And Noah said, 'My Lord, leave not upon the earth of the unbelievers even one. 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 “O my Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and the believers who are in my house, and all other Muslim men and Muslim women; and do not increase anything for the unjust except ruin.” 28
