Nay! By the moon 32 By the night when it withdraweth. 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 As a warning unto men, 36 To him among you who wishes to go forward or remain behind. 37 Each soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 except those of the right hand 39 Sitting in the gardens, asking 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 'What thrusted you into Sakar?' 42 They will say: "We were not of those who prayed; 43 “Nor used to feed the needy.” 44 We plunged in with the plungers 45 and the Day of Judgment we were wont to call a lie 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 So there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors. 48 What is the matter with people that they are turning away from this Exhortation, 49 like frightened donkeys 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Nay, every man of them desires to be -- given -- scrolls unrolled. 52 This will certainly never be the case! In fact, they are not afraid of the Day of Judgment. 53 No! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 And they will not receive admonition unless Allah wills; He (Allah) is the One, deserving that mankind should be afraid of, and should be dutiful to Him, and should not take any Ilah (God) along with Him, and He is the One Who forgives (sins). 56
