The pious ones will be triumphant. 31 Gardens enclosed and vineyards, 32 and splendid companions well matched, 33 And a cup overflowing. 34 No Laghw (dirty, false, evil talk) shall they hear therein, nor lying; 35 for a recompense from thy Lord, a gift, a reckoning, 36 [From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech. 37 The day on which the spirit and the angels shall stand in ranks; they shall not speak except he whom the Beneficent Allah permits and who speaks the right thing. 38 That Day is sure to come, so whoever wishes to, let him take the path that leads towards his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
