▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
