Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 high above? 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah). 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
