He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ (The Prophet) frowned and turned away, 1 Because the blind man had come in his august presence. 2 You never know. Perhaps he wanted to purify himself, 3 Or become reminded so that the reminder should profit him? 4 But the self-sufficient, 5 So you are after him! 6 though you will not be questioned even if he never purifies himself. 7 but as for one who comes to you, eagerly 8 and fearfully, 9 Of him you are neglectful and divert your attention to another, 10 These verses are a reminder 11 So whosoever willeth - let him be admonished therewlth. 12 upon highly honored pages, 13 exalted, purified, 14 by the hands of the noble, virtuous, 15 noble and virtuous scribes. 16 Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; 17 Out of what did Allah create him? 18 Of a small seed; He created him, then He made him according to a measure, 19 Then the way He made easy. 20 then makes him to die, and buries him, 21 then, when He wills, He raises him. 22 Nay, but man did not fulfil what Allah had enjoined upon him. 23 Let man reflect on the food he eats. 24 how We pour down rain in abundance, 25 and let the earth to break open 26 how We made the grain to grow, 27 And grapes and fodder, 28 and olive trees and date-palms, 29 and gardens dense with foliage, 30 And fruits and Abba (herbage, etc.), 31 A provision for you and your cattle. 32 Then when cometh the Deafening Cry 33 On the Day a man will flee from his brother 34 And from his mother and his father, 35 and from his spouse and his children: 36 every man that day shall have business to suffice him. 37 Some faces that Day, will be bright (true believers of Islamic Monotheism). 38 Laughing, rejoicing. 39 but others will be gloomy 40 with darkness overspread: 41 Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him), etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers). 42
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
