The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the heaven, holding mansions of the stars, 1 And by the Day promised, 2 By one that witnesses, and the subject of the witness;- 3 Cursed were the people of the ditch (the story of the Boy and the King). 4 of fire fiercely burning [for all who have attained to faith]! 5 while they sat around it, 6 And were themselves the witnesses of what they did to the believers. 7 And they did not take vengeance on them for aught except that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Praised, 8 Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things. 9 Surely those who tormented the believing men and the believing women and then did not repent, theirs shall be the chastisement of Hell, and theirs shall be the chastisement of burning. 10 Surely for those who believe and do the right are gardens with rivers running by. That is the greatest success. 11 Stern indeed is your Lord's punishment. 12 He it is Who creates for the first time and He it is Who will create again, 13 And He is the Oft-Forgiving, Full of Loving-Kindness, 14 The Lord of the glorious Throne, 15 Doer of whatsoever He intendeth. 16 Hast thou received the story of the hosts, 17 of Pharaoh, and of [the tribe of] Thamud? 18 Nay, but the unbelievers still cry lies, 19 And Allah is after them, has them surrounded. 20 Nay, but it is a glorious Qur'an. 21 (Inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved! 22
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
