The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the sky with its constellations, 1 And [by] the promised Day 2 By the witness and the witnessed! 3 Cursed were the people of the ditch (the story of the Boy and the King). 4 The people of the fuelled blazing fire. 5 when they were seated over it 6 and they were witnesses of what they did to the believers 7 And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy, 8 Whose kingdom spreads over the heavens and the earth. God is witness over everything. 9 Verily those who affected the believing men and the believing women, and then repented not, theirs shall be the torment of Hell, and theirs shall be the torment of burning. 10 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment. 11 Lo! the punishment of thy Lord is stern. 12 Behold, it is He who creates [man] in the first instance, and He [it is who] will bring him forth anew. 13 He is the All-forgiving, the Most Loving One, 14 Lord of the Throne of Glory, 15 Who does as He pleases. 16 HAS IT ever come within thy ken, the story of the [sinful] hosts 17 Of Pharaoh and Thamud come to you? 18 But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial, 19 And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them. 20 Aye! it is a Recitation glorious, 21 written on a preserved Tablet. 22
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
