The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Lo!
