Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
