Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
