Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
