Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
Almighty God's Truth.
