The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 by Mount Sinai 2 And [by] this secure city [Makkah], 3 Assuredly We have created man in goodliest mould, 4 then We restored him the lowest of the low -- 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment? 7 Is not Allah the Best of judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
