Al-Teen

The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the fig, by the olive, 1 and by Mount Sinai, 2 and by this inviolable city, Mecca. 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 and We shall return him to the lowest of the low, 5 excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending! 6 So after this, what causes you to deny the judgement? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
