The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
