The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
