The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8
