And assuredly Harun had said unto them afore: O my people! ye are only being tempted thereby; and verily your Lord is the Compassionate; so follow me and obey my command. 90 They replied: 'We will not stop; we will cling to it until Moses returns to us.' 91 (Musa) said: O Haroun! what prevented you, when you saw them going astray, 92 "From following me? Didst thou then disobey my order?" 93 He said: O son of my mother! seize me not by my beard nor by my head; surely I was afraid lest you should say: You have caused a division among the children of Israel and not waited for my word. 94 Moses said, "What was the matter with you, Samiri?" 95 He said: l saw that which they saw not; so I seized a handful from the footstep of the messenger, and then cast it; thus my soul embellished the affair to me. 96 [Moses] said, "Then go. And indeed, it is [decreed] for you in [this] life to say, 'No contact.' And indeed, you have an appointment [in the Hereafter] you will not fail to keep. And look at your 'god' to which you remained devoted. We will surely burn it and blow it into the sea with a blast. 97 Your God is only Allah, the One other than whom there is no god. He comprehendeth everything in knowledge. 98 And so We narrate to you the stories of the past, and We have given you a remembrance from Us. 99 Whoever turns away from it will surely carry a burden on the Day of Judgement, 100 and live in it for ever; how evil will that burden be for them on the Day of Resurrection. 101 On the day when the trumpet shall be blown, and We will gather the guilty, blue-eyed, on that day 102 They will slowly talk to each other and say, "Our life on earth was as short as ten days". 103 We know best what they will say, when their leader most eminent in conduct will say: "Ye tarried not longer than a day!" 104

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
