۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
