The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
