The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
