The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
