The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
