The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
