The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By oath of those that sprint, breathing heavily. (The horses used in Holy War.) 1 and produce sparks 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
