The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 And therein raising dust. 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
