The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the racers, panting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
