The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 and produce sparks 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
