The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
