In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
