The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
