The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Striking Calamity - 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
