The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 A burning fire. 11
