The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Woe to every scorner and mocker 1 Who amasseth wealth; and counteth it. 2 He bethinketh that his wealth shall abide for him. 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the fire kindled by God 6 Which will climb on to the hearts. 7 It shall be made into a vault over them, 8 in columns outstretched. 9

Almighty God's Truth.
