The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to every slanderer, defamer, 1 who has gathered riches and counted them over 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever. 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the crushing torment. 4 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Consuming One is! 5 The Fire of God kindled 6 to penetrate into the hearts. 7 Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them 8 in columns outstretched. 9
