The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Woe to every scorner and mocker 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the fire kindled by Allah, 6 Which will climb on to the hearts. 7 closed around them 8 In extended columns. 9

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
