The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), did you not see how did your Lord deal with the People of the Elephant? 1 Did He not bring their stratagem to naught, 2 And sent against them birds, in flocks, 3 which pelted them with clay stones? 4 and He made them like green blades devoured. 5
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
