The Elephant (Al-Feel)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Have you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka'bah at Makkah]. 1 Did He not make their plan into misguidance? 2 And sent hordes of chargers flying against them, 3 which smote them with stones of baked clay, 4 to turn them into (something) like the left-over grass grazed by cattle. 5
