Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
